• Within 15 days of billing, all clients are asked to pay their invoices.

• The client’s texts, graphics, data, information, and other details as information must be guaranteed by the client for usage. The access to this information must be harmless, ensure the protection of SEOcontrol. 
• If the client overwrites SEO work to their site, SEOcontrol must not be held responsible. We will charge extra to re-construct the content. We will be charging the client on an hourly basis. If the client uploads any content on their website without consulting SEOcontrol, then our obligation to provide free services shall terminate.
